True healing happens when we connect the dots between mental and physical health.

Each of us has unique strengths to heal ourselves mentally and emotionally, uncovering this inner strength takes practice and self awareness. I believe that in healing our “mental and emotional self” we also help heal our body, and ultimately leads to building a life you don’t feel the need to escape from.

Conditions I Treat

I help adults navigate stress, mood challenges, and major life transitions, including:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related concerns

  • Burnout and work-related stress

  • Life transitions and adjustment difficulties

  • Postpartum depression and anxiety

  • Perimenopause and menopause-related mental health challenges

I believe that healing is more than reducing symptoms — it’s about uncovering inner strength, creating balance between mind and body, and empowering each person to take an active role in their own well-being. My approach is holistic, patient-centered, and rooted in the belief that as long as there is life, there is hope.

Treatment Modalities I Offer

I provide individualized integrative/ holistic treatment plans to help achieve the outcomes you desire (quiet your racing thoughts or calm your thoughts, bring back balance into your life, etc.). Your plan is personalized and may include:

  • Lab testing to spot medical or nutritional factors that can drive mood or energy changes. This helps identify any potential medical issues as well any nutritional deficiencies that need to be address. Many times a medical condition can mimic mental health issues and vice-versa, so it is important to address this prior to start of treatments.

  • Medication management used thoughtfully and reviewed at each visit. The use of pharmaceutical treatments (if desired) is only one part of the modalities use, which for some individuals help augment their treatment goals.

  • Nutraceuticals and supplements with evidence for mood and brain health. Utilizing pharmaceutical-grade supplementations in addressing any nutritional deficiency that sometimes impact mental health.

  • Psychotherapy to process experiences and build concrete skills. Choosing an individualized therapy helps identify root causes and facilitate in building mental resilience.

  • Mindfulness practices to calm racing thoughts and steady the nervous system. These exercises/practices help with handling of day-to-day stresses in a positive mindset and allow for a restful sleep at night.

  • Lifestyle coaching for sleep, movement, and daily routines that support your goals.

Note: Some labs and supplements may be out-of-pocket. We’ll discuss options and costs before you decide.
