What is integrative psychiatry?
Integrative psychiatry is the practice of combining conventional or traditional medical treatments with complementary or non-traditional approaches. It is considered a holistic approach (connecting mind, body, and spirit) in addressing mental health issues. Complementary approaches may include nutraceuticals or supplements, mind-body practices (like meditation, mindfulness, yoga or tai chi), acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, aromatherapy, etc.
Do you accept insurance?
My practice is cash-base only.
Do you prescribe benzos?
I typically do not prescribe benzodiazepines (like Xanax, Ativan, etc.) in my practice.
